Sales Partnership Manager

Own new business for Intentt: bring in brands and agencies, pitch our UGC-and-media offering, and close. Equal parts seller, creative mind, and relationship builder.

Intentt is a social-first performance marketing agency. We build conversion-focused UGC and pair it with paid media buying for brands that were tired of spending on ads that don't scale. We think like creators, act like analysts, and move fast across DTC, apps, and regulated iGaming and sportsbooks.

We're hiring a dedicated sales lead. As our Sales Partnership Manager, you own new business: you bring in brands and agencies, pitch our UGC-and-media offering, and close. You're equal parts seller, creative mind, and relationship builder — the kind of person who can talk media performance and creative concepts in the same breath and make brands want to work with us.

/ what you'll do

Own new business end to end: prospect, pitch, and close brands and agencies with a consultative, solutions-led approach.
Build and grow relationships with brands, agencies, and creators, becoming the trusted partner they call first.
Translate our UGC and media-buying capability into tailored proposals, and present them with both creative and data credibility.
Build compelling pitch decks and case studies, and continually sharpen how we package and sell.
Partner closely with our creative, media-buying, and compliance teams so that what you sell is exactly what we ship.
Hit revenue goals and grow the book from mid-market toward key accounts.
Sell our "fast, fully compliant, conversion-grade" offering into key industries such as ecommerce, apps, and iGaming.

/ what you bring

A creative eye — you understand what makes UGC and short-form content actually convert.
A closer's instinct — proven sales or business development, ideally in advertising, media, creator marketing, or agency.
Media-buying literacy — you can talk CPMs, ROAS, and performance and sell against results, ideally with TikTok Shop, TikTok/Meta ads, and/or creator commerce experience.
Relationship-building — you build trust fast and make brands and agencies want to partner with us.
A startup mindset — self-starting, comfortable wearing many hats, and energized rather than rattled by ambiguity.

/ bonus points

Experience selling into regulated verticals (iGaming, sportsbook) and comfort with compliance-led creative.
An existing network of brand and agency decision-makers, or strong creator relationships.
